Summer Job 2018: Special Program for the Employment of Students

Need a summer job? Apply to the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) for Summer 2018 in Cebu.

This summer job opportunity for students is a program by the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Cebu Provincial Government. They are now ready to process applications.

Student applicants who wants to apply to this summer job must meet the following qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Age 15 – 30 years old
• Still studying in high school or college
• With BIR Exemption or Income Tax Return of Parents whose combined income do not exceed P131,484.00 per annum.

This program is intended for current students whose family income per month is at average P11,000 or LESS.

If your family income (combined income / salary of father and mother) exceeds P131,484 total in one year, your application will not be processed.

If your parents does not have ITR because of low income or no regular work, have them go to BIR and to file for BIR Exemption. Bring the BIR Exemption certificate when you submit your requirements for the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) for Summer 2018.

If you meet all the SPES requirement for 2018, do apply. Make good use of your free time, earn while you are on summer break.

Successful applicants will be assigned to various department of the local government.
