* 2GO Travel Policy on traveling with infants or babies?

An infant is considered as a passenger when he or she is 2 years of age and below, and below 1 meter in height.

Infants below 1 month even with accompanying mother or guardian (if mother died at childbirth). Parents or guardian (if mother died at childbirth) of infants who are allowed by the Vessel Doctor to board the vessel shall accomplish a Waiver form prior to boarding.

*2GO TRAVEL Policy for Pregnant Women

Pregnant women who are 24 weeks pregnant or more may be denied boarding any 2GO Travel vessel. Pregnant passengers who are less than 24 weeks pregnant must execute a Waiver holding the Carrier free and harmless from any liability for any death or injury caused to the passenger or her unborn child, unless the same is due to the willful or negligent act or omission of the Carrier.

The pregnant passenger must present, before boarding, a Medical Certificate declaring that she is fit to travel based on the travel dates and details indicated in her ticket.

The Carrier reserves the right to refuse a pregnant passenger if it determines that she cannot undertake the voyage without causing harm to herself and her unborn child.

*What is the standard baggage allowance?

The hand carry baggage allowance of 2GO TRAVEL is 50 kilograms. Each baggage, box or container must not exceed these dimensions: 20 inches height and 30 inches in width \.

*Are pets like cats and dogs allowed inside the vessel?

Pets such as cats and dogs can travel with you inside the ship. However, they will be put in a secured location and will not be staying with their owners during the trip.

Owners should provide clean, escape proof cages for their pets. They should also provide the necessary quarantine certificates coming from the Bureau of Animal Industry and other documents pertaining to your pet’s health.
